Turnover & handover
Line lists, tag registers and drawing indexes handed over as data the owner can query, each entry traceable to the as-built drawing it came from.

- Works with
- Project engineers, completions teams and owner's representatives
- Starts from
- As-built drawings, registers and vendor data
- Delivers
- A handover package as connected, verified data
01
Summary
At handover, the owner receives thousands of documents and is expected to run a facility from them. Registers are assembled in spreadsheets at the end of the project, often by people who didn't build it, and the gaps show up years later, during a turnaround or an incident.
Operon builds the handover as the project goes: tags, lines and equipment read from the as-builts, verified, connected to their datasheets and vendor documents, and delivered as data. The owner gets a register they can query, with every entry traceable to the drawing behind it.

Inputs and outputs
What goes in
- As-built P&IDs, isometrics and layouts
- Equipment and instrument datasheets
- Vendor documentation
- The owner's handover specification
What comes out
- Tag, line and equipment registers in the owner's format
- Every entry linked to its as-built sheet and datasheet
- A gap list: tags without data, and data without tags
- A package the owner can query, not a folder of PDFs

Getting started
Send the owner's handover specification and one system's as-builts. We build that system's registers and gap list so you can see the package before committing the project.
First results within a week. Live in three weeks.
- The owner's handover specification
- As-builts and datasheets for one system
- Any registers already assembled
