We build Operon for documents that carry real liability. Your engineers decide what is true, and nothing leaves Operon without a person signing off.
How we protect your data

Encryption
Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest with our hosting providers. Backups are encrypted.

Identity
Sign in with Google or Microsoft, or a password stored only as an Argon2 hash. Repeated failed sign-ins are throttled.

Access
Invitation-only workspaces. Owners manage members, roles and seats; an append-only log records every access change.

Separation
Database-level separation between companies, or a full on-premise deployment inside your network.

AI processing
Requests to our AI provider are sent with response storage off and are not used to train its models.

Retention
Workspace content is deleted within 30 days after your subscription and grace period end; backups expire within 90 days.

Location
Data is stored in the United States on Google Cloud, with encrypted backups at Cloudflare.

Accountability
Raw model output never reaches your systems; every verification is logged against the engineer who made it.
