Summary
Process safety management depends on accurate process safety information: current P&IDs, equipment design data, and the relief system design and its basis. Keeping all of it current is a standing job that competes with every other priority, and it is one of the first things an audit looks at.
Operon keeps the process safety information as one connected, verified graph. When a drawing changes, it shows which equipment records, relief device data and procedures are affected, and it tracks each update back to its MOC. Engineers see what is out of step before an audit or a PHA does.
