LDAR coverage
Component lists drafted from the verified drawings and reconciled against the LDAR register, so coverage gaps are found before an audit rather than during one.

- Works with
- EHS and LDAR coordinators, operations engineers
- Starts from
- P&IDs, the LDAR register and recent MOCs
- Delivers
- A reconciliation: components drawn but not tagged, and tagged but not drawn
01
Summary
A leak detection and repair program depends on an inventory of every component in scope: valves, connectors, pumps, compressors, pressure relief devices and open-ended lines. The inventory is built once and maintained by hand while the plant keeps changing, and components added under an MOC or during a turnaround can drift out of the program without anyone noticing.
Operon reads the current P&IDs into a verified graph, drafts the component list for the units in scope using the rules your program sets, and reconciles it against the LDAR register. The result is a list of discrepancies with evidence: what is on the drawings but missing from the register, what is in the register but no longer on the drawings, and what changed since the last reconciliation.

Inputs and outputs
What goes in
- Current P&IDs for the units in scope
- The LDAR register or a database export

- The applicability rules your program follows
What comes out
- A component list drafted from the drawings
- Discrepancies with the register, each with drawing evidence
- Changes since the last reconciliation, linked to their MOC
- A record of every disposition for the audit file

Getting started
Pick one unit and send its current P&IDs with the matching section of the LDAR register. We return the reconciliation, and your team checks a sample of it in the field.
First results within a week. Live in three weeks.
- Current P&IDs for one unit
- The LDAR register entries for that unit
- MOCs on that unit since the last reconciliation
